As a key member of the Omni Inclusive team, the Program Manager will play a crucial role in delivering professional safety and technical training across the Enterprise. This position requires the ability to utilize systematic approaches to training and develop high-quality materials that meet the needs of diverse stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide expert consulting and delivery of safety and technical training programs
• Design and implement evaluation instruments to assess trainee and stakeholder feedback
• Analyze data and make recommendations for program improvements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure training alignment with business objectives
