Key Responsibilities:

  • Join our Enterprise Architecture team as a Senior Engineer.
  • Design and implement highly scalable real-time systems utilizing industry best practices and cutting-edge technologies.
  • Contribute to the development of reusable, platform-agnostic frameworks while collaborating with product and business teams to create resilient, highly available, and scalable distributed systems.

Qualifications:

Essential Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 6+ years of progressive experience showcasing strong architectural, programming, and engineering capabilities.
  • Solid understanding of data structures and algorithms, with proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Kotlin, and Go.
  • Proven ability to lead and collaborate across various engineering teams.
  • Experience in developing real-time, large-scale, high-volume distributed data pipelines utilizing data buses like Kafka.
  • Hands-on experience with large-scale distributed NoSQL databases, such as Elasticsearch.
  • Familiarity with containerized environments, including Kubernetes and Docker.
  • Experience in implementing and maintaining highly scalable microservices using REST and gRPC.
  • Enthusiasm for exploring new technologies and building rapid proof-of-concepts.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of observability concepts, including tracing, metrics, monitoring, and logging.
  • Familiarity with Prometheus and large-scale installations of Elasticsearch.
  • Understanding of OpenTelemetry/OpenTracing and observability tools like Jaeger, Kibana, and Grafana.
  • Involvement in the open-source community.
  • 4+ years of experience in AI development and deployment, preferably within the financial sector.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and Java.
  • Expertise in large language models (LLMs) and vector databases.
  • Familiarity with AI frameworks, such as LangChain.
  • Knowledge of AI concepts, including machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing, computer vision, and reinforcement learning.
