Atlassian IT Administrator

We are seeking an experienced Atlassian IT Administrator to join our team at Zelis Healthcare. As a key member of our Enterprise Shared Services team, you will be responsible for managing portfolio-level data within our Atlassian application suite and implementing reporting and operational standards.

• Manage and maintain SharePointsites for the organization
• Create and manage projects within JIRA
• Administer Jira, Jira Service Management, Confluence, and other Atlassian products
• Support Atlassian products as Enterprise applications
• Document requirements and translate them into system requirements specifications
• Improve processes and establish best practices
• Establish and manage Enterprise reporting dashboards
• Backup configuration management within ALM tools (JIRA)
• Develop and maintain quarterly updates for Skills Matrix
• Monthly reconciliation of Technology resources to projects (JIRA, Smartsheet, etc)

• 2+ years of experience as a technical support/administrator of an IT ticketing platform

• API knowledge
• Ability to write SQL scripts
• Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, handle and prioritize simultaneous requests, and manage laterally and upwards
• Creative and analytical thinking ability with strong problem-solving skills
• Adaptive growth mindset to learn new applications and follow best practices
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, proven ability to prioritize and deliver results on time
• Gather requirements and determine best solution to propose to stakeholders
