Job Overview
As a Guest Relations Operations Intern, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our team to develop and implement strategies that drive guest satisfaction and loyalty. You will be responsible for leading a team of employees and providing guidance and direction while they interact with numerous guests on a daily basis.
Key Responsibilities
- You will lead a team of employees and provide them with guidance and direction while they interact with numerous guests on a daily basis.
- You will participate in Team Leader meetings to discuss ongoing initiatives and strategies.
- You will acquire knowledge about scheduling procedures to optimize staffing levels and ensure seamless operations.
- You will collaborate with other teams to create and implement safety and guest experience improvements.
- You will work on a real-world business case as a team project with other interns and present your findings and recommendations directly to Senior Leadership.
Requirements
- You must have excellent human relations and communication skills.
- You must be able to work indoors and outdoors, in a variety of weather conditions.
- You must be self-motivated and disciplined.
- You must be able to prioritize and complete work assignments on a timely basis.
- You must maintain strict confidentiality and judgment regarding privileged information.
- You must promote and support a team work environment by cooperating and helping co-workers.
- You must adapt to changes easily.
- You must tolerate a fast-paced environment.
- You must be sensitive to the needs of our Guests and feel empowered to act to meet their needs within company guidelines.
- You must be able to lift and carry 25 pounds consistently.
- You must be comfortable with heights in excess of 10 feet.
