Key Responsibilities:
  • Adhere to Primient's safety protocols while performing all duties.
  • Install machinery and equipment using various tools such as hoists, lifting devices, hand tools, and power tools.
  • Dismantle machinery and relocate equipment as necessary.
  • Ensure precision alignment of machines using appropriate tools.
  • Conduct repairs, preventative maintenance, and inspections on industrial machinery including pumps, gearboxes, fans, conveyors, and packaging systems.
  • Perform maintenance on buildings and grounds.
  • Fabricate, install, maintain, and repair utility, process, and sanitary piping and plumbing systems.
  • Utilize hand and power tools for cutting, soldering, brazing, welding, bending, and threading materials.
  • Execute lubrication tasks on industrial equipment.
  • Operate forklifts, boom lifts, and other industrial moving equipment as required.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of tools, equipment, and work areas.

ABOUT YOU

A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent is required (7-10 years of proven millwright experience may substitute for a diploma). A preference for candidates with 3+ years of experience in chemical or industrial manufacturing.

Basic math, reading, and problem-solving skills are essential. Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems, along with troubleshooting capabilities, is preferred.

Knowledge of pumps, compressors, distillation systems, reactors, centrifuges, filtration, and evaporation systems is advantageous.
