We're seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative to drive growth by identifying and engaging with new clients. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for scheduling meetings for our sales team and CEO, ensuring potential clients are a strong fit for our services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively engage with potential clients through targeted outreach and research to identify prospects that align with our services and solutions.
  • Qualify leads generated by marketing and convert them into viable sales opportunities.
  • Schedule meetings for the sales team by effectively communicating our value proposition.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to enhance lead generation strategies and follow up on campaigns.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions and opportunities in HubSpot.
  • Make 40-50 cold calls daily and send targeted emails to drive engagement with potential clients.
  • Consistently achieve or surpass monthly targets for scheduling qualified meetings.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as an SDR within a software or professional services organization.
  • Demonstrated success in lead generation and outbound prospecting.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and build rapport with prospects.
  • Comfortable making 40-50 cold calls and sending outreach emails daily.
  • Self-driven, goal-focused, and passionate about supporting business growth.
  • Highly effective working in a remote environment.
