About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Restoration Technician and Estimator to join our team at bluefrog Plumbing + Drain of Springfield MA. As a key member of our restoration team, you will be responsible for assessing and mitigating water, fire, and mold damage to residential and commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough damage assessments and create detailed estimates for restoration projects
  • Develop and implement effective restoration plans to ensure timely and efficient project completion
  • Collaborate with our team to provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in water, fire, and mold remediation
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in water, fire, and/or mold remediation
  • IICRC certifications in water, fire, and/or mold remediation
  • Experience with Xactimate, Xcelerate, and Encircle software
  • Reconstruction experience (drywall, painting, flooring, carpentry) a plus
  • Valid driver's license
