Job Title: Fundraising (Development) Specialist

Thompson Health is seeking a skilled Fundraising (Development) Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our fundraising team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing fundraising strategies to support our mission.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute annual fund, donor stewardship, and communication programs
  • Coordinate special events and solicit sponsorships/support
  • Build and maintain collaborative relationships with volunteers, donors, and external parties
  • Guard sensitive information, including donor and staff confidentiality
  • Maintain expertise in Microsoft Office Suite, Constant Contact, and donor databases
Requirements:
  • Valid NYS Driver's License
  • 2-year associate degree in liberal arts or equivalent experience
  • 2-3 years of experience in fundraising, project/event management, or public relations
  • Preferred: 2-3 years in healthcare fundraising development
