Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Business Systems Analyst with a robust background in project management and agile practices. The ideal candidate will be proficient in JIRA and comfortable with data entry and reporting across multiple teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate project progress and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Participate actively in daily stand-ups and reporting sessions, communicating effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
  • Identify, escalate, and assist in resolving critical risks, issues, and blockers that may impact project timelines.
  • Support the Fleet Delivery Lead in managing risk-driven initiatives within the Middle Office portfolio.

Essential Skills:
- Comprehensive understanding of the software development lifecycle across various environments (development, testing, UAT, production).
- Expertise in agile methodologies, particularly in the use of JIRA and Confluence.
- Foundational knowledge of the change request process, with a readiness to handle a high volume of change request submissions.
- Strong communication skills, enabling effective interaction with diverse stakeholders.

Project Context:

  • Involvement in a significant software upgrade project.
  • Engagement with the Wealth Management Technology team, focusing on risk-driven projects.
  • Collaboration with Application Development and Testing teams to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Accountability for maintaining project alignment with established plans and addressing any necessary adjustments.
