About the Role: Albanese Candy seeks a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance operations at our production facility. This is a full-time position that requires strong leadership skills, technical knowledge, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and direct the activities of the maintenance team to ensure efficient and effective operation of equipment and facilities
  • Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan
  • Collaborate with plant operations departments to identify and resolve operational issues
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on maintenance activities, including work orders, inventory levels, and safety incidents
  • Serve as a key point of contact for maintenance-related issues and concerns from production staff and other departments
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in maintenance management and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements: We are seeking an individual with a minimum of 2-4 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a production environment. A strong background in mechanical and electrical systems, along with excellent communication and leadership skills, is essential. The ideal candidate will also possess a solid understanding of quality control procedures, GMP standards, and HACCP principles.

Estimated Salary Range: $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
