Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service
    • Engage with customers and patients to provide a positive and personalized experience.
    • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Pharmacy Operations
    • Process prescriptions accurately and efficiently, including retrieving, counting, and pouring pharmaceutical drugs.
    • Verify medication information and check for potential interactions.
    • Assist pharmacists with scheduling and maintaining workflow.
  • Store Maintenance
    • Ensure a clean and organized store environment, including counters and shelves.
    • Restock merchandise and maintain inventory levels.
    • Perform other duties as assigned by the Pharmacy Manager or Store Manager.
  • Training and Development
    • Earn and maintain PTCB certification through our designated training program.
    • Attend training sessions and complete PPLs as requested by management.
Requirements
  • Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico).
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.
  • Preferred qualifications include six months of retail experience, prior work experience with Walgreens, good math skills, and computer skills.
