About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Starbucks Barista to join our team at Target. As a Starbucks Barista, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional guest experience, crafting high-quality beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Prepare and serve high-quality beverages, including Starbucks' signature drinks and food items.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to Target's and Starbucks' standards for cleanliness and safety.
  • Work collaboratively with the Food and Beverage team to ensure seamless execution of store operations.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge in areas such as customer service, food safety, and inventory management.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and team members.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
  • Ability to lift up to 44 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
