At Dignity Health's Arizona General Hospital, we deliver exceptional patient care through a collaborative approach to healthcare. As a key member of our team, you will provide clinical expertise, support, and oversight to ensure our patients receive the highest quality care.
ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities:
- Provide oversight of nursing unit activities during a specific shift, ensuring efficient patient flow and resource utilization.
- Serve as a resource to staff, providing guidance and support to ensure quality care.
- Assure appropriate utilization of resources and provide oversight for the provision of quality care.
- Support the organization's strategic plan and the goals and direction of the hospital-wide performance improvement plan.
- Advocate for patients, nursing teams, and units, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Minimum Qualifications:
- AZ RN license or RN License from a Compact State.
- Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills.
- American Heart Association BLS.
- American Heart Association ACLS.
- American Heart Association PALS (within 90 days of hire).
- Two years recent ED experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Charge Nurse Experience.
- BSN.
