Key Responsibilities:
  • Formulate and execute operational policies and procedures aimed at enhancing efficiency and productivity.

  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless operations and timely project completion.
  • Manage budget planning and cost control to optimize resource utilization and meet financial objectives.
  • Lead and mentor the operations team to cultivate a positive and high-achieving work culture.
  • Engage with clients and sales personnel to comprehend project requirements and ensure expectations are fulfilled or surpassed.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in operations management.
