About the Role

Manning Kass is seeking a highly skilled Premises Liability Attorney to join our Orange County team. As a key member of our litigation team, you will be responsible for handling all phases of defense litigation, including discovery, motions, client assistance, depositions, and trial.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze, assess, and execute litigation strategies through all stages of litigation.
  • Proactively manage communications with clients throughout the course of litigation.
  • Represent clients at litigation proceedings, including hearings, motions, depositions, and mediations.
  • Opportunity to try cases, including learning from the firm's ABOTA trial attorneys.
Requirements
  • JD from an accredited law school and in good standing with the California State Bar.
  • Must be comfortable working hybrid with the Los Angeles office.
  • The ideal candidate should have at least two years of litigation experience.
  • Demonstrable experience investigating and fully handling a case concerning discovery, taking depositions, and mediations.
  • Experience researching, analyzing, taking, and defending depositions, and handling cases is essential.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills and a detail-oriented approach to case analysis.
