Pickleball Instructor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Pickleball Instructor to join our team at the Town of Clayton, NC. As a Pickleball Instructor, you will be responsible for introducing beginners to the game of Pickleball, teaching basic skills, and fostering a fun, inclusive, and supportive environment.

• Lead introductory Pickleball classes for beginners.
• Teach the fundamental rules, techniques, and strategies of Pickleball.
• Create a welcoming and encouraging environment for all skill levels.
• Demonstrate proper form, safety protocols, and sportsmanship.
• Provide feedback and individualized coaching to help players improve.
• Monitor participants' progress and adapt instruction to meet their needs.
• Ensure the safety and proper use of equipment and facilities.

• Basic knowledge of Pickleball rules and techniques.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to engage and motivate participants of all ages and backgrounds.
• Passion for sports and a desire to share that passion with others.
• Previous experience in coaching, teaching, or leading recreational activities is a plus but not required.
