  • Process payments and finalize transactions, ensuring customers receive their receipts.

  • Deliver the correct orders to customers, whether for takeout or dine-in, providing necessary utensils and condiments.
  • Set up or dismantle the salad bar as required.

  • Keep the pizza warmer organized and clean, especially during peak hours.
  • Restock utensils, condiments, napkins, and beverages as needed.
  • Ensure cleanliness of counters, sneeze guards, registers, and dining areas.
  • Assist in clearing tables.
  • Adhere to hand sanitation and food safety protocols consistently.
  • Wash dishes as required.
  • Prepare boxes for takeout orders.
  • Check, clean, and restock restrooms as assigned.
  • Count cash registers as instructed.
  • Manage time effectively to fulfill job responsibilities efficiently.
  • Collaborate with team members to support restaurant operations.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and management.
  • Report customer feedback to the shift manager or management.
  • Possess a general understanding of back-of-house operations.
  • Maintain a professional demeanor at all times across all facilities associated with Chandi Restaurants.
  • Undertake additional projects or duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Familiarity with the food and beverage industry and front-of-house operations.
  • Ability to operate cash registers and related software.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
  • A high school diploma is desirable.
  • Possession of necessary certifications (e.g., Food Handlers).
Physical Requirements:
  • Capability to sit, stand, walk, reach, bend, stoop, and lift up to 40 lbs. as necessary.
  • Ability to work in diverse environments.
