The Production Technician/Operator plays a vital role within the Manufacturing Unit, tasked with the creation of compounded products while ensuring the upkeep of both the facility and equipment.
Reporting Structure: This position reports directly to the Manufacturing Director.
Work Schedule: This is a Full-Time, On-Site role located in Southlake, TX, operating from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm CST, Monday through Friday.
Compensation:Hourly wage ranges from $19 to $23.
Key Responsibilities:- Adhere to proper documentation protocols to ensure all necessary records are accurately completed.
- Perform cleaning and maintenance of facilities and equipment, as well as packaging products in both primary and secondary formats, in accordance with established SOPs and training.
- Support various production tasks as assigned within the facility.
Skills and Knowledge:
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Capability to collaborate effectively within a team to address challenges.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently while adhering to established procedures.
Physical and Special Requirements:
- Must be able to stand for extended periods.
- Ability to lift items weighing up to 40 pounds.
- Limited exposure to potentially hazardous materials may occur.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Current Pharmacy Technician or Pharmacy Technician Trainee registration in good standing with a valid technician license in Texas.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- No felony convictions or misdemeanors related to controlled substances.
