Staff Anesthesiologist

Covenant HealthCare is seeking a highly skilled Staff CRNA to join our team in providing safe and effective anesthesia care to patients. As a member of the Anesthesia Care Team, you will work in a medically directed capacity to provide anesthetic services for a variety of patients.

Job Description
As a Staff CRNA, you will be responsible for developing an appropriate anesthetic care plan based on the specific needs of the patient and surgeon. You will determine the drug, equipment, and supply needs for each anesthetic and prepare accordingly. You will also record accurate data on the anesthetic record and provide a clear report to the nurse accepting care of the patient post-operatively.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must have a graduate degree from an approved CRNA program and be able to utilize your skills and knowledge to provide safe and effective anesthesia care. You must also be able to become proficient in reading and documenting in electronic medical records and be able to function appropriately at any hour of the day or night on assigned or on-call shifts.
Additional Requirements
We require that candidates be able to maintain punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA, and other federal, state, and local standards. The job requires constant sitting, reaching, handling, feeling, talking, hearing, near vision, depth perception, visual accommodation, color vision, and field of vision.
