Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and manage IVR and chatbot frameworks, including natural language understanding (NLU) systems and associated grammars.
  • Facilitate third-party integrations utilizing AWS Lambda (NodeJS and/or Python), Lex, Amelia, Polly, and CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
  • Employ web services, APIs, and diverse communication protocols to synchronize IVR systems with other technological infrastructures (e.g., SOAP, VXML, SQL, XML, REST).
  • Architect, develop, and maintain advanced IVR applications using object-oriented programming methodologies.

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience: Profound knowledge of IVR technology, telecommunications devices, networks, software, and systems.
  • Integration: Proven experience with third-party integrations and cross-system communication protocols.
  • Development: Expertise in software development utilizing object-oriented programming languages.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with constructing and integrating Google CCAI solutions.
