Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Commercial Refrigeration Service Technician - HVAC Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for servicing glycol systems, self-contained units, and various refrigeration equipment.
Key Responsibilities- Conducting compressor changes, rack refrigeration repairs, and ESR replacements.
- Repairing energy management systems, HVAC units, split condensing units, self-contained units, ice machines, heat pumps, and controls.
- Proficiently troubleshooting and repairing commercial refrigeration systems.
- Performing general maintenance and preventive maintenance tasks.
- Demonstrating mechanical proficiency and technical aptitude.
- Exhibiting curiosity, reliability, and excellent troubleshooting skills.
- Communicating effectively with clients, team members, and management.
- Completing necessary paperwork accurately and in a timely manner.
- Working under pressure in a high-stress environment.
- Being a self-starter who can work independently as well as collaboratively with a team.
- Valid driver's license and EPA universal certification.
- Basic knowledge of HVAC and commercial refrigeration.
- Commitment to exceptional customer service.
- Company-provided truck (all less than 4 years old or under 120k miles).
