Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate CT scanners to produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes
  • Prepare patients for imaging procedures, including explaining the process and positioning them correctly
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective treatment plans
  • Maintain accurate records of patient information, imaging procedures, and results
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest imaging technologies and techniques to provide high-quality patient care

Requirements:

  • ARRT CT certification
  • NJ licensure
  • Experience with outpatient, ED, and inpatient imaging procedures
  • Contrast experience required

Work Environment:

This is a high-volume CT department with a mix of outpatient, inpatient, and ED patients. The department has 2 Toshiba CT scanners and a team of experienced healthcare professionals.
