About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Briar Hill Health Campus. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to a positive and supportive work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Direct Patient Care
    • Create a warm and welcoming environment for residents, ensuring their comfort and well-being from admission to discharge.
    • Advocate for residents at every stage of care, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
    • Develop personalized care plans for each resident, taking into account their unique needs and preferences.
    • Respond promptly and effectively to emergency situations, prioritizing the safety and well-being of residents.
    • Administer medications and maintain accurate records of patient care.
  • Collaborate with the Healthcare Team
    • Work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless and effective patient care.
    • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and colleagues to ensure that everyone is informed and involved in the care process.
  • Contribute to a Positive Work Environment
    • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest healthcare practices and technologies.
    • Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment, promoting a culture of respect, empathy, and teamwork.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Hold a Registered Nurse (RN) degree or diploma from an accredited college or university.
    • Have a valid RN state license and CPR certification.
    • Have experience in nursing and a strong understanding of healthcare practices and regulations.
