Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Production Manager to oversee the daily operations of our facility. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient production of cylinder gases to meet customer demands.

Key Responsibilities
  • Production Planning: Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer requirements and ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Team Management: Supervise and motivate a team of production staff to achieve high levels of productivity and quality.
  • Quality Control: Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and control inventory levels to ensure adequate stock of raw materials and finished products.
  • Safety and Compliance: Ensure a safe working environment and maintain compliance with all regulatory agencies, including FDA, DOT, EPA, OSHA, and DHS.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports on production performance, inventory levels, and other key metrics.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor of Science degree in a relevant field, such as business administration or industrial engineering.
  • Experience: 2 years of supervisory experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team of production staff.
  • Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of cylinder gases and processes, as well as regulatory requirements and company policies.
