Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Architect to lead the development of IT applications using Appian tools and spearhead new projects in Artificial Intelligence (AI). The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of enterprise-level data management and analytics platforms, including expertise in Data Pipelines, Databricks, and Snowflake.

  1. Design and develop robust IT applications using Appian tools, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and alignment with business requirements.
  2. Lead the initiation, planning, and implementation of new AI projects, defining project scopes, goals, and deliverables in alignment with business objectives.
  3. Utilize expertise in Data Pipelines, Databricks, and Snowflake to enhance data integration, processing, and analytics capabilities, ensuring data accuracy and accessibility.
  4. Collaborate with IT teams, data scientists, and business analysts to ensure seamless integration of new technologies and systems.
  5. Stay abreast of the latest developments in Appian tools, AI technologies, and data management practices, proposing and implementing innovative solutions.
  6. Engage with key stakeholders to gather requirements, present solutions, and gather feedback, ensuring all IT solutions align with strategic goals.

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years in IT architecture, with substantial experience in developing applications using Appian tools and leading AI projects.
  • Profound knowledge of Data Pipelines, Databricks, and Snowflake, with experience in integrating various data sources and maintaining large-scale data systems.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field; a master's degree or higher is preferred.
  • Proven ability to lead and manage teams in a dynamic environment, with strong project management skills.
  • Excellent presentation and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Desired Skills

  • Certifications in Appian, Databricks, Snowflake, or related fields are highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to work on complex issues and analyze variable factors.
