Brunch Host

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced server to join our team at Eight Thirty Common. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that every guest has a memorable experience.

Salary: The estimated salary for this position is $25-$35 per hour, based on industry standards and location.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
• Prepare and serve food and beverages to guests, maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve common goals and objectives.

Requirements:

• At least 6 months of full-service restaurant experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
