About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Behavioral Health Technician-ABA to join our team at Clarvida. As a Behavioral Health Technician, you will play a critical role in providing one-to-one services to children and adolescents between the ages of 2-24 who are confronted with serious, identified, emotional and/or behavioral disturbances.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide behavioral and treatment interventions and consequences to clients
  • Travel to clients' homes, schools, or service locations daily to deliver services
  • Follow prescribed treatment plans and provide support to parents and adult professionals
  • Educate and train parents/young adults to utilize skills, providing positive reinforcement and culturally aware and competent service provision
Requirements
  • Ability to pass PA Criminal, Child Abuse, and FBI Clearances
  • At least one of the following certifications: BCaBA, RBT, or BCAT, or 2 years' prior Behavior Health Certification or Behavior Analysis Certification from an accredited organization
  • High School diploma or equivalent and completed the 40hr RBT Training (RBT Task List) Certification, or ability to complete this within the first 10 days of hire
  • Minimum of 2 years-experience providing Behavioral Health services
