Key Responsibilities:

- Greet guests and assist with telescope setups
- Process registrations and payments
- Manage guest interactions with professionalism
- Share knowledge of the night sky and celestial events
- Handle sales transactions using our POS system

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work evenings
- Great customer service and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Passionate about stargazing and enthusiastic about astronomy
- Friendly and professional

Preferred Qualifications:

- Education in hospitality or astronomy
- Previous customer service experience in a hotel or resort setting
