This is not a remote position; this role is located in East Helena, MT.

Job Summary:

The Construction Warranty Service Representative is a field-based professional responsible for delivering high-quality warranty services to new homeowners in assigned communities and territories. This role involves collaborating with homeowners to resolve warranty issues in new homes, coordinating with subcontractors, superintendents, and other tradespeople to ensure timely completion and quality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct Quality Walks, New Homeowner Walk-Through, House 2 Home Walk, 60-Day Walk, and 11-Month walk with homeowners to ensure satisfaction.
  • Work closely with the Superintendent to prepare homes for homeowner Walk-Through.
  • Educate new homeowners on their home's features, identifying potential repair needs, and ensuring the home is delivered in move-in condition.
  • Schedule subcontractor or vendor work for warranty repairs.
  • Perform minor repair work, including carpentry, patching, and painting.
  • Supervise trade contractors completing warranty repairs to ensure all issues are addressed and quality repairs are made.
  • Obtain homeowner walk-through and warranty sign-offs.
  • Update Punchlist Manager with notes and photo documentation and report any issues to the Warranty Service Director.
  • Manage emergency after-hours calls for resolution of urgent warranty issues.
  • Attend weekly construction, sales, customer service team meetings per project.
  • Maintain excellent relationships with homeowners, subcontractors, and other Williams Homes team members.
Requirements:
  • High School diploma required.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of construction fit and finish or repair experience.
  • Able to read, understand, and interpret construction documents.
  • Proven ability to manage a heavy workload independently and successfully.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organization skills, and ability to perform efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS 365, Outlook, Word, Excel, and other standard office equipment.
  • Able to lift 50lbs, stand for long periods, climb ladders, and access small spaces.
Compensation:
