Job Summary

This Regional Clinical Leader role involves overseeing the medical services provided by Abode Care Partners, developing state-level strategies for business development, and collaborating with senior leaders to devise and execute value-based strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement state-level strategies for business development and delivery of care.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to devise and execute value-based strategies for the state.
  • Establish strong relationships with frontline staff, regional leaders, and executive-level leaders of client institutions.
  • Assist in the hiring and supervision of physicians, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants as needed.
  • Monitor clinical performance and suggest improvements using available dashboards.
  • Provide collaborating physician duties to support nurse practitioners and physician assistants in their clinical roles.
  • Deliver high-quality complex and geriatric care to residents and patients across various settings.

Requirements

  • Doctor of Medicine degree from an accredited school of medicine.
  • Administrative leadership experience in healthcare, with a minimum of two years.
  • Clinical medical experience of seven years or more preferred.
  • Board certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatrics; qualification in Geriatrics preferred.
  • Active licensure to practice medicine in the state of employment.
