We are seeking a highly motivated and self-disciplined individual to join our team as a Life Insurance Agent. As a representative of New York Life - Albuquerque Region, you will have the opportunity to build a rewarding career while helping clients achieve their financial goals.

About the Role

As a Life Insurance Agent, you will be responsible for discussing financial concerns and needs with potential clients, presenting an array of potential solutions using our competitive suite of products and services, and developing and employing marketing and business plans to grow your client base.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct financial needs assessments with clients to identify their goals and objectives
  • Present and explain our insurance and investment products to clients
  • Develop and implement marketing and business plans to grow client base
  • Secure optional licenses for selling securities and investments products for wealth management and advanced planning
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong values of integrity and professionalism
  • Experience in sales and implementing growth strategies a plus
  • Savvy business sense required

Full-time agents and their dependents are immediately eligible for medical, dental, vision, long-term disability, and group-term life insurance. New York Life reserves the right to amend or terminate any benefit plans, in whole or in part, at any time.

Our compensation package includes a competitive salary and bonus structure, with the potential to earn $70,000 or more in the first year.
