We are seeking a highly skilled Fire Sprinkler Project Manager to join our team at Firetrol Protection Systems. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the sprinkler field in scheduling projects, working with GCs and end-user customers to ensure project schedules are met, and reviewing design drawings in detail before fabrication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the sprinkler field in scheduling projects
  • Work with GCs and end-user customers to ensure project schedules are met
  • Review design drawings in detail before fabrication
  • Review submittals for size, quantity, and design to ensure they meet engineer requirements
  • Attend project meetings and jobsite visits as needed
  • Track project financials and identify cost savings and/or possible impacts
  • Review timecards and document any discrepancies or unclear intent
  • Communicate with field foremen throughout the design process

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years of fire sprinkler installation experience
  • Minimum 3 years of project management experience
  • Familiarity with NFPA 13, NFPA 20, NFPA 25, and FM Global Standards
  • Technical understanding of fire sprinkler design, including wet, dry, preaction, and deluge type systems
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
