Prep Cook

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Prep Cook to join our team at Bon Appétit Management Company. As a Prep Cook, you will play a vital role in preparing and serving high-quality food to our customers.

• Prepare ingredients and cook menu items according to recipes and production standards.
• Operate and maintain kitchen equipment, including ovens, stoves, and dishwashers.
• Store and label food items according to company policies and HACCP guidelines.
• Ensure food safety and quality by following proper handling and preparation procedures.
• Work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment and maintain a clean and organized workspace.

• Previous culinary experience preferred, but not required.
• Ability to work in a team environment and maintain a positive attitude.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
