CNY Fertility Center is a leading provider of fertility services, seeking an experienced Medical Benefits and Authorization Specialist to join our team.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of health insurance terms, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
Responsibilities:- Verify patient insurance coverage and obtain necessary information from carriers.
- Act as a liaison between patients and insurance companies to resolve claims issues.
- Work closely with the front office, billing, and financial teams to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
