Certification Requirements- BLS: Basic Life Support (AHA certification required)
- ACLS: Advanced Cardiac Life Support (AHA certification required for specific departments)
- PALS: Pediatric Advanced Life Support (AHA certification required for certain departments)
- NRP: Neonatal Resuscitation Procedure (required for specific RN specialties)
- TNCC: Trauma Nursing Core Course (mandatory for ER/ED RNs)
- ENPC: Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course (required for ER/ED RNs)
- State License Verification: WI CNA license required, primary source verification within 30 days of employment
- NURSYS Verification: Required for RNs, LPNs/LVNs, APs within 30 days of employment
- NPI Number: Required for Outpatient Therapists
- NIH Stroke Certification: Required for Neuro/Trauma ICU RNs
- CPI: Crisis Prevention Institute certification (required for Behavioral Health positions)

- Skills Required: Ability to circulate in General/GYN/Urology/PV cases, including bowel resection, laparoscopic, daVinci Xi cases, peripheral vascular, bariatrics, c-sections, lap appy & chole.
- Additional Requirements: Must meet hit list requirement for short notice call openings & Grey Case List.
- Mandatory Certifications: BLS, ACLS (AHA certification required)
- Weekly Hours: 40 hours
- Shift Patterns: 4x10 hours days and 4x8 hours nights
- Call Schedule: 1 weekend every 4-6 weeks and 1-2 nights per week
A current Driver's License or Government-issued photo ID is required for this position.
