Job SummaryProduction Plus Plumbing, Inc. is seeking a skilled Payroll Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our payroll department, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of payroll for our employees.Responsibilities
  • Onboard new employees, including testing, applications, and new hire paperwork.
  • Prepare, review, and process payroll on a weekly basis, including direct deposits and wage garnishments.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws, including training and policies.
  • Distribute weekly safety topics and other reports.
  • Administer worker's compensation and quarterly tax returns.
  • Collaborate with field supervisors, foremen, and accounting manager.
Requirements
  • Bilingual in verbal and written Spanish a plus.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
