Job Overview

Marshall + Sterling Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Risk Management Coordinator to join our team.

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role ranges from $40,000 to $45,000 per year, paid on an hourly basis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Zywave training with Sales Executives and CSRs to enhance loss control services.
  • Edit and customize risk management documents through Zywave and internet research to ensure accuracy.
  • Collaborate with Sales Executives and clients on specific RM information requests to meet their needs.
  • Administer Marshall+Sterling Online enrollment and training with clients/prospects to streamline the process.
  • Analyze Mod Master Reports to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop marketing and education strategies through Zywave to promote loss control services to clients.
  • Maintain a monthly loss control blog to share knowledge and best practices.
  • Analyze Pictometry- real property valuation program data to inform business decisions.
  • Evaluate Marshall & Swift – Property Valuations to ensure compliance.
  • Conduct ISO Reports (Building Surveys) to assess risk levels.
  • Manage Forklift cards to ensure safety protocols are followed.
  • Track new referrals to loss control program and report metrics to stakeholders.
  • Monitor and report on provided loss control services to measure effectiveness.
  • Support Supervisor/Manager in meeting carrier loss control recommendations.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues to ensure excellent customer service.
Requirements
  • A college degree or high school diploma/equivalent required.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office programs to perform tasks efficiently.
  • Ability to multi-task with varied projects, locations, and personnel.
  • Proficiency with internet and email applications to stay connected.
  • Willingness to quickly learn new programs and procedures to adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Experience with Vertafore may be beneficial.
  • Excellent communication skills to work effectively with others.
  • High level of organizational ability with attention to detail.
  • A valid driver's license and acceptable driving record, as well as willingness to travel.
