Banyan Treatment Centers, a leading provider of addiction recovery services, is seeking a skilled Lead Maintenance Technician to join our team in Cathedral City, CA.
This is a full-time position, with a competitive hourly rate of $24-$26, depending on experience, education, and skill set. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the entire property, including both interior and exterior building needs.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maintenance, with experience in plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, construction, remodeling, and repairs. They will also be familiar with OSHA guidelines and infection control practices to maintain a safe environment.
The Lead Maintenance Technician will report directly to the Regional Facility Manager and the site's Director of Operations. They will be responsible for:
- Assisting with and performing property maintenance
- Maintaining buildings, common areas, and patient living areas
- Handling plumbing, electrical, carpentry, construction, remodeling, and repairs for interior and exterior needs
- Ensuring property compliance with building, safety, and health codes
- Installing and maintaining appliances, furniture, and fixtures
- Reporting maintenance issues to Supervisors
The successful candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, and at least 5 years of maintenance experience. They will also have a safe driving record and be at least 21 years of age.
