As a key member of our team, you will work under the direction of a Physical Therapist to deliver direct patient care services, implement treatment plans, and monitor patient progress.
Job Responsibilities- Perform patient care services consistent with the scope of licensure and facility policies.
- Provide direct patient care services under the direction of a Physical Therapist.
- Assist the Physical Therapist in performing assessments and complex treatment procedures.
- Maintain accurate documentation on all patients referred for services.
- Complete reports, assessments, and progress notes using approved documentation forms.
- Attend and participate in inter-disciplinary team meetings.
- Meet established timelines and comply with state requirements and facility policies.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the facility.
