Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with production schedulers and purchasing teams to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to optimize inventory management and reduce costs.
  • Design and develop sustainable methods for calculating raw stock needs for dynamic production schedules, ensuring accurate forecasting and minimizing stockouts.
  • Work closely with production teams to troubleshoot and resolve inventory-related issues, implementing corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
  • Lead or support Lean/Kaizen activities to drive continuous improvement and eliminate waste in our supply chain operations.
  • Provide hands-on support for inventory disposition and mitigation, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of inventory-related issues.
Requirements
  • Pursuing a degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or Finance.
  • Proficient in the use of ERP systems and Microsoft Office, with experience in Excel, including charts and graphs.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to facilitate conflicts and lead cross-functional teams.
  • Self-motivated and self-directed, with a sense of urgency and a strong work ethic.
