About the Role

This is a full-time, day shift position that requires a Registered Nurse with a minimum of two years of relevant nursing leadership experience. As a Nurse Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Pediatric and Intensive Care Unit, ensuring that patients receive high-quality care in a safe and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical oversight and guidance to nursing staff, ensuring that patients receive evidence-based care.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve patient outcomes and reduce errors.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching and development opportunities to nursing staff.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards.
Requirements
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Michigan.
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or higher.
  • Minimum of two years of relevant nursing leadership experience.
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
