We are currently seeking a full-time Speech Language Pathologist to join our team. This role will be situated in a nurturing and community-oriented Elementary School that offers excellent resources for its staff and students.

The SLP will be responsible for managing a caseload of Early Childhood to 2nd grade students, providing both pull-out and push-in services as needed.

This position will cover a maternity leave, providing a valuable opportunity to contribute to the educational journey of young learners.

Key Responsibilities:
• Full-time commitment, Monday through Friday.
• Support a diverse student population from Early Childhood to 2nd grade.
• Provide both pull-out and push-in services to meet student needs.
• Observe and assess student progress, adjusting treatment plans accordingly.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff to address speech and language needs.
• Develop IEPs, conduct evaluations, and support assessments.
• Participate in IEP meetings as needed.
• Additional responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Eligibility for Professional Educator License (PEL) in Illinois.
• Previous experience with Early Childhood to 2nd grade populations is preferred but not mandatory.
