Job Overview
Riverbank USD is seeking a skilled and dedicated Youth Program Coordinator - Academic and Enrichment Services to join our team. This role will play a vital part in ensuring the success of our after-school program, providing a safe, nurturing learning environment for students in grades TK-12.

About the Role
The Youth Program Coordinator - Academic and Enrichment Services will be responsible for coordinating academic and enrichment activities that promote student development and strengthen their academic, physical, and social skills. This includes collaborating with site staff, students, parents, and community members to ensure the program's objectives are met.

Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate academic and enrichment activities that support student development
* Collaborate with site staff, students, parents, and community members to achieve program objectives
* Provide direct assistance and tutoring to students as needed
* Organize and lead enrichment activities focused on positive youth development and recreational activities
* Assist students with homework or lesson assignments and provide guidance on learning concepts
* Maintain accurate records of attendance, fees collected, snacks, and evaluation activities

Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent required; AA degree or verifiable two years of post-secondary education desirable
* Experience working within a child-centered environment, preferably in an educational setting
* Child Development courses/units or training in instructional methodologies, child development, student assessment, or NCLB certification preferred
* One year of experience in providing instruction, including direct instruction, in an educational environment desirable
