Overview

Astrion is seeking a highly skilled Senior Systems Engineer to join our team in Dayton, Ohio. As a key member of our F-15 System Program Office, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and integrating complex systems to meet the needs of our customers.

Responsibilities
  • Apply advanced systems engineering principles and practices to develop and integrate system-level solutions.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to design, develop, and test complex systems, ensuring compliance with DoD and USAF regulations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize system requirements, ensuring alignment with customer needs.
  • Develop and maintain system-level documentation, including system requirements, design specifications, and test plans.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to less senior engineers, ensuring the successful execution of system-level projects.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in systems engineering, with a strong background in system-level design, development, and integration.
  • ABET-accredited bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Secret security clearance, with the ability to obtain a higher level of clearance as required.
