Job Description

At Trilon Group, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Design-Build Structures Lead to join our Innovative Pursuits Team. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of one of the leading Design-Build teams in the Mountain West region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead structural discipline engineering teams for Transportation projects, including freeways, interstate highways, interchanges, urban and rural highways, and shared use facilities.
  • Coordinate with other discipline leads to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Work effectively as a team leader in a group environment and maintain positive relationships with team members and clients.
  • Lead structural design, analysis, studies, reports, plans, specifications, and quantity tasks.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of standard bridge industry software.
  • Collaborate with project management and delivery teams to ensure project success.
  • Develop and maintain excellent verbal and written communication skills with clients, staff, and management.
  • Meet project deadlines and deliver high-quality results.
Requirements:
  • Current Professional Engineer (PE) license, preferably in UT, NV, AZ, ID, CO, NM, or WA.
  • 10+ years of experience in transportation structures design.
  • 5+ years of leading structural design teams for infrastructure projects.
  • 3+ years of experience in Design-Build or Public-Private Partnership (PDB) projects.
  • Excellent client and personnel skills, with the ability to persuasively communicate at all levels.
  • Organized and detail-oriented, with a strong focus on project delivery.
