Career Overview: As a member of our team, you will be responsible for providing a wide range of civil legal representation, advocacy, and outreach to low-income individuals. Your expertise will primarily focus on areas such as housing, federal income tax, family law, consumer protection, education, elder law, and public benefits.

Responsibilities:

• Provide civil litigation services in various areas of law.
• Develop and implement effective advocacy tools and community education presentations.
• Participate in outreach activities to promote our services.

Qualifications:

• Member of the SC Bar.
• Strong knowledge of the Rules of Civil Procedures, Rules of Evidence, Rules of the Family Court, and Rules of Appellate Procedure.
• Excellent oral, written, and presentation communication skills.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.
• Valid driver's license and good driving record.

Salary and Benefits:
