**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Lead Clinic Staff**: Oversee the delivery of high-quality patient care, ensuring seamless coordination and effective communication among team members.
- **Chart Management**: Ensure accurate and timely completion of patient charts, maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
- **Diagnostic and Treatment**: Order diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and perform therapeutic procedures as needed to provide comprehensive patient care.
- **Diagnosis and Treatment Planning**: Develop and implement appropriate diagnoses and treatment plans based on patient information and medical knowledge.
- **Company Standards and Relations**: Adhere to company policies and procedures, maintaining positive relationships with clients, employees, and stakeholders.
- **Virtual Communication**: Consult with patients through virtual communication channels, leveraging technology to enhance patient engagement and care.
- **Telehealth Experience**: Preference given to candidates with experience in telehealth, enabling us to expand our services and reach a broader patient base.
- **Additional Responsibilities**: Perform other duties as assigned by management, contributing to the overall success of our healthcare team.
**Requirements:**
- **Education**: Master's Degree in Nursing required.
- **Experience**: At least 1-2 years of relevant experience as a Family Nurse Practitioner.
- **Licensure**: Current licensure as a Family Nurse Practitioner.
