Aegis Worldwide is seeking a skilled Electrical Maintenance Specialist to join their team in the Plainfield, IN area. This is a 3rd shift position with a competitive hourly rate of $40-$44/hour, plus increases over time.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in electrical maintenance in the manufacturing industry, with a strong background in PLC programming and robotic systems. They will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining electrical systems, including PLCs, HMI systems, and robotic equipment.

The successful candidate will be a team player, able to collaborate with maintenance and engineering teams to resolve issues and improve processes. They will also be responsible for troubleshooting and repairing electrical breakdowns, working with voltages up to 480V and 3-phase motors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot and repair electrical breakdowns, including PLCs and robotic systems.
  • Program and maintain HMI systems and robotic equipment.
  • Collaborate with maintenance and engineering teams to improve processes and resolve issues.
  • Work with electrical diagrams to troubleshoot and repair non-labelled control panels.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in electrical maintenance in the manufacturing industry.
  • Strong background in PLC programming and robotic systems.
  • Ability to work with electrical diagrams and troubleshoot electrical breakdowns.
