Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team at Dürr Systems Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing the logistics function at our project sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and Maintain Logistics Systems
    • Develop and implement physical systems, processes, and resources to ensure efficient logistics operations
    • Monitor and maintain inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstocking
  • Coordinate Freight and Transportation
    • Receive and move materials at the project site
    • Track and monitor inbound freight to ensure timely delivery
  • Implement Process Improvements
    • Establish metrics and benchmarks to measure logistics performance
    • Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and reduce costs
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams
    • Work closely with site managers, logistics teams, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless logistics operations
    • Communicate logistics status and updates to project teams and stakeholders
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • 3+ years of experience in manufacturing, supply chain management, purchasing, or transportation
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Competent user of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
    • SAP experience and knowledge
    • OSHA 10 trained
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work well independently and in a team environment
Working Conditions

This is a full-time position with frequent travel, exceeding 80%. Travel may be overnight, during the business day, weekends, and can be both local and international.
