Our Manufacturing Specialists are customer-obsessed and strive to exceed customer expectations with every order. They support manufacturing processes by reviewing orders for specific requirements, inspecting parts and materials, implementing best practices, and ensuring quality control. Key responsibilities include:

• Inspecting products for quality and accuracy
• Packing finished goods for shipping
• Reporting issues immediately for correction
• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace

To succeed in this role, you should have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Basic math and reading skills equivalent to a High School Diploma or GED are required. Experience in 5S and Lean Manufacturing is a plus.
